About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Concrete Restoration Estimator with a minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in concrete restoration and estimating. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in the Greater Toronto Area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for concrete restoration projects, including but not limited to parking garages, balconies, waterproofing, and building envelope projects.
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete restoration and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant estimating software.
