We’re currently deep in development on an exciting mobile collectible card game, designed to bring new strategy, thrill, and connection to players worldwide. Our team has been hard at work creating a wealth of content to showcase the game and engage the community, but we’re missing a crucial piece of the puzzle: a skilled Community Manager to take charge of managing, expanding, and optimizing this content across social media platforms. We’re looking for someone who can contribute to our content strategy, manage our community of players, and create meaningful engagement that delivers measurable results.

Role Overview:

As our Community Manager, you will develop and execute our social media strategy and foster a vibrant community on platforms like Discord. Your deep understanding of mobile games and collectible card games will be key in engaging with our player base, collecting feedback, and driving community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord and YouTube.
  • Develop innovative campaigns to grow our social media presence and drive player engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key social media metrics.

Discord Community Engagement:

  • Manage and moderate our game’s official Discord server.
  • Engage with players to build excitement, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Host community events, challenges, and live discussions.

Player Relations:

  • Act as the voice of our players, gathering feedback, suggestions, and bug reports to share with the development team.
  • Keep the community informed with regular updates on the game’s development and upcoming features.

Content Creation Support:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to help guide production of videos, graphics, and other assets tailored to our community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing online communities and social media platforms in gaming.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile games and collectible card games – you’re a player and a fan
  • Exceptional communication skills with a passion for fostering positive player experiences.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and Discord bots/moderation tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience hosting live streams or creating digital content.

Work Details:

  • Flexible Schedule: Work at times that suit your lifestyle and productivity, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Part-Time Contract: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a part-time position, perfect for those with diverse commitments.
  • Remote Work: Collaborate with our talented team from anywhere in the world, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology to stay connected and productive.

Why Join Dytomic?

At Dytomic, you’ll join a passionate and skilled team of CCG veterans, many with over 20 years of experience in the genre. We’re not just making another collectible card game; we’re creating a game built by the experts who know and love the CCG world like no one else.
