Required Skills:

• Good years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role.

• Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC).

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST, COBIT).

• Analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends in risk exposure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management tools.

• Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Risk Assessment & Management:

• Identify, assess, and document risks in business operations, IT systems, and processes.

• Assist in the development of risk mitigation plans and track their implementation.

• Perform regular risk assessments to identify emerging risks and propose necessary adjustments.

2. Compliance Monitoring:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address compliance issues.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.

3. GRC Framework Implementation:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of GRC tools and platforms.

• Assist in developing and updating policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.

4. Incident Response:

• Support investigations of security incidents, breaches, and compliance violations.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements to prevent recurrence.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, compliance audits, and mitigation efforts.

• Maintain risk registers, dashboards, and other documentation for audit and management reviews.

6. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, finance, and operations.

• Educate stakeholders on risk and compliance requirements through training and awareness programs.
