Our client within the manufacturing industry is seeking a bilingual project coordinator to join their team, this is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary + benefits. This role requires you to work FULLY ON-SITE in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual in FRENCH and have 1-2 years of project experience.


- The successful candidate must qualify for a top secret clearance


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule resources and coordinate project timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, carriers, and internal staff to coordinate project requirements and address any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project files.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years managing projects
  • Fluent in French and English
