We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.


Key requirements:

  • Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties.
  • To ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
  • Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
  • Prepare lease agreement and all necessary documents.
  • Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.


Skills & professional requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords.
