This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project success while being part of a supportive, family-oriented business.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage all phases of electrical construction projects from initiation to closeoutOversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationLead project coordination with clients, consultants, general contractors, and internal teamsManage subcontractors, procurement, and material delivery schedulesTrack project performance, including cost control, forecasting, and progress reportingIdentify and manage change orders and ensure timely billing and documentationProvide leadership and mentorship to Project Coordinators and site teamsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirementsParticipate in estimating and tendering for upcoming projectsQualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience in project management within the electrical or industrial construction industryStrong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction processesProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts for projects up to $10MExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software, such as Accubid considered an assetDiploma or degree in Electrical, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferredWhat You'll Receive:Base Salary: up to $130K+ per year, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesExtended health and dental benefitsCompany vehicle or allowanceSupportive team culture with long-term stability and growth opportunitiesJoin Us:If this sounds like the next step in your career, apply today through Rightway Recruitment.
