Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - Application Management to support our client, a major provincial energy utility, in designing, specifying, and guiding the delivery of enterprise application solutions that underpin critical operations across the organization. This role leads solution design, architectural oversight, and technical governance to ensure that all application-focused initiatives align with business objectives, technology standards, and enterprise architecture principles. This role is 100% on-site in Regina, SK. The Solution Architect will work across project teams, operational groups, vendor partners, and enterprise architects to define solution architectures, evaluate options, manage risk, and ensure high-quality implementation. This includes producing logical architecture models, solution specifications, and technical guidance throughout the development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and translate them into detailed technical designs and integration strategies. Key responsibilities include defining end-to-end solution architectures, validating vendor or development team deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, and providing technical leadership during implementation, testing, and transition to operations.
