Company Name: Bimi Enterprises Inc. / Big Crazy Discount Market Job title: Grocery Clerk Supervisor Positions Available: 1 Wage: $24.50/hour Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week Type of job: full-time, permanent Business Location: Richmond, BC V6X 2C3 Job Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate grocery sales staff and cashiers Assign grocery sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise Sell merchandise to customers Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff Requirement: Completion of secondary is usually required. Previous experience (6 months) as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier is required. Exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-talker and problem-solver
