Role:- SAP Solution Architect - S/4HANA MigrationLocation:- Montreal, QCJob Type:- FullTimeJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead Brownfield Conversion Projects:Define conversion strategy, roadmap, and timelines.Assess existing ECC landscape and design target S/4HANA architecture.System Analysis & Planning:Conduct readiness checks and impact analysis using SAP tools (SUM, DMO, Readiness Check).Identify custom code remediation and simplification items.Technical Execution:Oversee system conversion using SAP Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO).Manage data migration, downtime optimization, and system validation.Manage & Govern Custom Code RemediationManage & govern SimplificationIntegration & Interfaces:Ensure compatibility of existing interfaces and third-party systems.Plan and execute necessary adjustments for middleware and APIs.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with functional teams, BASIS, and business stakeholders.Provide guidance on best practices and risk mitigation.Performance & Security:Validate system performance post-conversion.Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.Required SkillsTechnical Expertise:Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and conversion tools.Hands-on experience with SUM/DMO, SPDD/SPAU, and Custom Code MigrationExperience:Minimum 8+ years in SAP technical roles, with at least 2 full Brownfield Conversion projectsDatabase & OS:Familiarity with SAP HANA database administration and optimization.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
