We are seeking a Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in Contentful and headless CMS architectures to lead development teams in building scalable, high-performing digital experiences. This role combines technical leadership, solution design, and team mentoring. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are well-architected, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development and implementation of projects leveraging Contentful as the core CMS.Design and implement content models, API integrations, and data workflows that support multi-channel digital experiences.Collaborate with Technical Architects to define solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Oversee integration with .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, Blazor) and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue, ensuring seamless connectivity with Contentful APIs and backend services.Develop and maintain API layers (REST and GraphQL) for seamless communication between Contentful and applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards.Ensure adherence to best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and source control management.Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions efficiently.Stay current with Contentful releases, API updates, and evolving headless CMS trends to guide continuous improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance and maintainability. Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance audits. Collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability standards.
