Position Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations and enterprise platform delivery. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex business solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and platform lifecycle delivery within large-scale enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 implementation projects, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service modules.Manage platform delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure delivery quality through governance, compliance, and continuous improvement practices.Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, adapting to organizational needs.Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and financials to senior leadership.Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies across impacted business units.Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts related to platform delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.7+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years focused on D365 implementations.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.Experience delivering enterprise platforms in complex, multi-vendor environments.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project).Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and enterprise integration patterns.
