We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MRT (Medical Radiation Technologist) to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care through the accurate performance of diagnostic tests and procedures.Competencies Perform diagnostic imaging procedures per established protocols and timelines. Ensure the proper operation of equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and procedures performed. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure patient and staff safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and contribute to patient care decisions. Educate patients about procedures, ensuring they are informed and comfortable throughout their experience.Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing and reporting results. Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues in a compassionate manner. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
