Job Summary

Responsible for the safe and efficient use of heavy machinery to remove snow from our clients sites


Job Description

  • Responsible for the safe operation of the assigned machinery and tools for snow removal purposes

  • Inspect vehicles before and after snow removal operations and minor repairs

  • Communicate and coordinate information with supervisors and colleagues

  • Accurate Data entry of information in our operations software and other systems and tools

  • Other related tasks

Requirements

  • Valid class 5 driving license with a clean driving record

  • 2 years or more of snow removal equipment operating experience is an asset, if not training will be provided

  • Able to work in the cold, the wind and available 24 / 7

  • Must be reliable

  • Physically fit

  • Responsible of his own transportation to our offices in Lasalle or other sites when called upon

Responsable de l'utilisation sécuritaire et efficace de la machinerie lourde pour déneiger les sites de nos clients

Description d'emploi

  • Responsable de l'utilisation sécuritaire de la machinerie et des outils assignés aux fins de déneigement
  • Inspecter les véhicules avant et après les opérations de déneigement et les réparations mineures
  • Communiquer et coordonner l'information avec les superviseurs et les collègues
  • Saisie précise des données dans nos logiciels d'exploitation et autres systèmes et outils
  • Autres tâches connexes

Exigences

  • Permis de conduire valide de classe 5 avec un casier judiciaire vierge, classe 1 ou classe 3 de préférence.
  • 2 ans ou plus d'expérience dans l'utilisation d'équipement de déneigement est un atout, à défaut de formation
  • Capable de travailler dans le froid, le vent et disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7
  • Doit être fiable
  • Forme physique
  • Responsable de son propre transport vers nos bureaux à Lasalle ou d'autres sites lorsqu'on fait appel à lui
