If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.Position: Specialty Foods Chef (Korean Cuisine)Wages: CAD$35.00-37.00/hour (depending on skills & experiences)Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)Working hours: hours/weekBenefits: 4% of vacation payJob Duties: Plan and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of Korean foods Prepare and cook authentic Korean BBQs and Korean foods, chefs specials, and specialty foods Create new recipes Plan menus and ensure food meets quality and safety standards Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items Demonstrate and train new cooking techniques/equipment to staff Supervise activities of cooks and staff Monitor and requisition food and supplies Arrange any repair /purchase of kitchen equipment Prepare dishes for customers with food allergiesJob Requirements: Completion of secondary school; Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation required. Korean food cooking certificate is an asset.
