Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter, including configuration, integration, and custom development.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Customize PolicyCenter using Gosu programming language, Guidewire Studio, and other tools.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesWork in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 years of experience in Guidewire development, with at least 4 years in PolicyCenter.Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java, XML, and web services.Hands-on experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration.Experience with Guidewire Studio, GUnit, and other development tools.Good understanding of insurance domain, especially P&C (Property & Casualty).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Guidewire Certification is a required
