Our client, a global financial services company specializing in wealth management, capital markets, and asset management, is hiring a Sr. Digital Transformation Program Manager to lead a major platform migration initiative.The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in managing complex technology transformations or migrations. This role will engage with cross-functional stakeholders, and be responsible for implementing organizational change management and creating alignment with the business.Key responsibilities for this role are planning, coordinating, and executing the migration of core business operations from legacy platforms to modern financial systems, ensuring minimal disruption to critical services. Possess proven expertise in managing complex technology transformations, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing new capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & StrategyDefine, plan, and oversee the full lifecycle of the platform migration program, including initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives.Drive risk, dependency, and issue management with proactive mitigation strategies.Stakeholder & Change ManagementEngage business and technology stakeholders across operations, compliance, risk, and IT functions to align objectives and expectations.Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including communication planning, training, and end-user adoption strategies.Act as the primary liaison between senior executives, program sponsors, external vendors, and delivery teams.Technology & Migration ExecutionCollaborate with technology leads and solution architects to define migration strategy, data conversion plans, and cutover approaches.Ensure program delivery aligns with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and consultants engaged in the migration effort.Oversee end-to-end testing cycles (system, integration, user acceptance) to ensure data integrity and functional readiness.Financial & Resource ManagementManage program budget, forecasts, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and benefits realization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).8+ years of IT program/project management experience3+ years in financial services (banking, wealth management, or capital markets).Proven track record leading platform migrations or large-scale system transformations (preferably Broadridge, FNZ, or similar financial platforms).Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR, SOX).Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks in complex enterprise environments.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
