Our client, a leading provider of legal and administrative services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Netherlands Market to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch. Job Title: Customer Service Representative, English and Dutch Location: Remote - Anywhere in Canada Pay Rate: $32/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Assist clients and customers with account-related inquiries and issues. Provide accurate information about services and company policies to customers. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree is an asset). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Dutch required. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software. What's in it for you?
