You'll help one of Canada's most trusted organizations work on the latest project, and be rewarded with great opportunities.Responsibilities:Provide technical systems support within SAP Industry Solution for Utilities (IS-U) module (primarily SAP ISU Billing, Device Management, Inter Company Data Exchange or Energy Data Management) for all business processes that rely on the SAP IS-U module. Troubleshooting and resolving defects as well as designing, building, and deploying system enhancements. Develop/enhance application interfaces between SAP IS-U and other integrated systems. Analyze day-to-day functions and processes of software and database resources to ensure they are performing within predetermined guidelines, limits, and specifications; provide status reports and analysis documents as needed.Complete all technical systems support in accordance with standard SAP practices, development guidelines, peer review process and production release processes.Provide accurate assessments of system changes including effort, complexity of development and configurations, breakdown of work in logical work units with clear timelines.Must-haves:Overall 10+ years of experience as Technical SAP Consultant.Atleast 5+ years of experience with (IS-U) module (primarily SAP ISU Billing, Device Management, Inter Company Data Exchange or Energy Data Management)ABAP Development experience for enhancing application interfaces between SAP IS-U and other integrated systems.Experience Troubleshooting and resolving defects as well as designing, building, and deploying system enhancements.Experience customizing and integrating different SAP modules according to client's requirements.About Drake International:Since 1951, Drake International has been a global leader in flexible and permanent staffing, connecting people with the right roles at any career stage, both in Canada and worldwide.
