Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Project Manager - Responsibilities:Plan and implement overall project, including subcontract award, scheduling, construction, and project closeout.Complete detailed estimate review, prepare subcontractor scopes of work, and issue subcontractor contracts for all scopes of work to be completed on the projectManage Site Superintendents and Project Coordinators to ensure compliance with all contractual requirementsInteract regularly and support the site team to assess and mitigate issues as requiredProvide technical input for contractual mattersDevelop, implement, and monitor the construction schedule to deliver the project on time and on budget - work with Site Superintendent and Field Operations ManagerEvaluate, prepare, and manage all project change order documentsWork with Project Coordinator and Site Superintendent to manage all project documents, RFIs, submittalsWork with Operations Manager to prepare and issue monthly progress billings and update monthly project cost tracking reportsQualifications:Degree or diploma in a related fieldMinimum 5 years project management experience in ICI construction in the Canadian Construction SectorHealthcare experience is an assetExperienced with scheduling software and Gantt chartsHighly experienced and proficient with MS Office, Jonas Premier Software ,Microsoft Project etcExcellent writing and verbal communication skills are a mustExcellent time management, and organizational skills - must be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and able to complete competing prioritiesMust be able to commute to head office daily, and periodically travel to sites across the GTAWe offer a highly competitive compensation package.Chart Construction Management welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
