Our client, a leading insurance company, is undergoing major modernization and transformation initiatives. They are seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional change, streamline operations, and support enterprise-wide strategic projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from planning through execution and completionManage project timelines, risks, budgets, deliverables, and governance requirementsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, milestones, and success measuresPrepare clear status updates and reports for stakeholders and senior leadershipOversee change management activities to ensure successful adoption across teamsDrive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performanceMonitor project performance using key metrics and identify areas for optimizationDevelop or refine project templates, tools, documentation, and reporting mechanismsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projectsExperience in insurance, financial services, government, or large enterprise environments is an assetStrong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
