Now we're hiring a hands-on, systems-minded Operations Manager to take control of our production engine and help scale it.What You'll OwnReporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take charge of day-to-day execution across:Production ManagementLead a team of builders across panel, stair, and floor line operationsDrive production scheduling, throughput, cost control, and quality targetsMonitor and improve safety, efficiency, and shop-floor cultureSupply Chain & InventoryOwn material purchasing: optimize for timing, cost, and minimum stock-outsManage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveriesLogistics & DeliveryCoordinate outbound delivery of completed products to job sitesProcess Improvement & SOPsMap and document key processes; identify bottlenecks or inefficienciesChampion design-for-manufacturing in partnership with our in-house design teamHelp lay the groundwork for our next-gen facility and long-term scalabilityWho You AreWe're not hiring for credentials - we're hiring for ownership and execution.
