The ideal candidate is an organized, curious leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and can communicate with clarity and influence at all levels.Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across global P&C functions. • Define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. • Facilitate status updates, steering committees, and cross-team alignment meetings. • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers. • Oversee project documentation, budget tracking, and vendor management. • Champion best practices in Agile and Waterfall project management methods.Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of project management experience delivering large cross-functional initiatives. • PMP or equivalent certification required. • Strong leadership and facilitation skills; proven ability to influence executives and partners. • Experience with transformation or process optimization projects; HR implementation experience an asset. • Knowledge of Workday, Avature, or ServiceNow preferred. • Collaborative, empathetic, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
