As part of the Finance and Accounting Team, the Senior Financial Analyst will handle audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role is also responsible for conducting financial analysis to support company decisions using data related to historical performance, market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic factors.ResponsibilitiesComplete audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule.Ensure timely delivery of all required reports.Perform financial analysis and reporting to help guide organizational decision-making.Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary financial information and insights.Prepare presentations for leadership based on financial findings.Employ SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Use accounting software to perform financial transactions and reporting.Generate data visualizations to simplify and clarify complex financial concepts.Education & ExperienceCPA certification is preferred.Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.Familiarity with Sage 300 software (preference).Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts.Strong work ethic and a collaborative team approach.Capable of effective verbal and written communication.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
