Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility over medical care delivery to LTC residents
Management of stable complex chronic co-morbidities in collaboration with MDs
Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in the course of care delivery
Provide high quality customer service
Provide clinical / medical education to clients and staff
Participate in care conferencing
Role is about 70% clinical and 30% quality improvement, education, and leadership
