Key Responsibilities Coordinate live daily operations, route adjustments, and driver assignments.Input charter work orders and maintain accurate dispatch and scheduling records.Communicate real-time updates to drivers regarding schedules, routes, and service changes.Respond to service disruptions or incidents promptly and professionally.Support compliance with Hours of Service, Canada Labour Code, and collective agreement provisions.Assist in documentation, and shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned from operations supervisor and manager. What You Bring Minimum 1 year experience in dispatch, scheduling, or transportation coordination.Knowledge of unionized environments and ability to interpret collective agreements.Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong situational and geographical awareness, with the ability to make efficient routing and scheduling decisions.Excellent command of the English language, with clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/French) an asset.Calm, professional approach under pressure with a focus on safety and service excellence. Responsabilités principales Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes en temps réel, les ajustements d'itinéraires et les affectations des chauffeurs.Saisir les bons de commande pour les services nolisés et tenir à jour les dossiers de répartition et d'horaires.Communiquer les mises à jour en temps réel aux chauffeurs concernant les horaires, itinéraires et changements de service.Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux perturbations de service ou aux incidents.Soutenir la conformité aux normes sur les heures de service, au Code canadien du travail et aux dispositions de la convention collective.Participer à la documentation et aux passations de quarts afin d'assurer la continuité opérationnelle.Effectuer d'autres tâches administratives assignées par le superviseur ou le gestionnaire des opérations. Profil recherché Minimum d'un an d'expérience en répartition, planification ou coordination du transport.Connaissance des environnements syndiqués et capacité d'interpréter une convention collective.Solides aptitudes à la communication, à la résolution de problèmes et à la gestion de priorités multiples.Excellente connaissance géographique et capacité à prendre des décisions efficaces en matière de planification et d'itinéraires.Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, avec une communication claire et professionnelle.Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; bilinguisme (anglais/français) considéré comme un atout.Attitude calme, professionnelle et axée sur la sécurité et l'excellence du service, même sous pression.
