Position SummaryBuild a trusted advisor relationship with senior architects and internal contributors (sales, pre-sales, delivery, etc.) by supporting them in preparing solution presentation materials based on customer needs. Serve as a reference for architects regarding internal processes related to pre-sales activities, such as WAN link validation, technical document provisioning, and change request management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research to determine network availability.Develop a high-level equipment list and design architecture for new solutions.Create functional design solutions based on vendor products.Stay up to date on new technologies, refresh or obtain certifications, and compare available solutions.Knowledge and SkillsBasic: Business and management skills.Strong: Organization and time management, analytical and problem-solving skills, collaboration, autonomy, initiative, flexibility, innovation, ability to influence.Excellent: Customer relationship management, written and verbal communication, decision-making, stress management, understanding team dynamics, attention to detail.Education and ExperienceCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.Interest and/or experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security/Server technologies.Ability to collaborate with architects and internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.Additional InformationThis role is an excellent stepping stone toward a Junior Architect position.
