Responsibilities:

  • Transfer, verify and update data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Transfer data from paper formats into database systems and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Processing orders over the phone and our website
  • Assisting sales representative with administrative tasks related to sales, service, order processing, inventory, accounting, etc.
  • Creating quotes for customers
  • Complete all other job duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

2 year of data entry and administrative support experience is an asset:
