As the Senior Manager, you will play a key role in daily accounting tasks, communication with stakeholders, and optimizing internal processes to drive company growth. This position offers direct involvement in all phases of real estate investments.

We nurture a collaborative environment where no task is insignificant, and each project is approached with intelligence and efficiency, prioritizing quality and integrity. Candidates must be available to work weekdays at our Toronto office.

You Will Have the Following Key Responsibilities:

At the Corporate Level

  • Manage firm cash flow;
  • Update and forecast corporate operating budget;
  • Handle corporate accounts payable;
  • Prepare financial reports for executive review;
  • Coordinate with external accountants on year-end statements;
  • Assist with compliance filings in Canada and the US;
  • Communicate with capital stakeholders;
  • Oversee daily banking activities;
  • Participate in corporate finance initiatives.

At the Project & Property-Level

  • Execute monthly construction loan draws;
  • Process accounts payable;
  • Support auditors in fund reviews;
  • Assist in capital raising;
  • Engage in asset management activities;
  • Manage project cash flow and investor forecasts.

  • Provide excellent service to partners;
  • Ensure integrity in handling capital;
  • Deliver regular reporting;
  • Enhance stakeholder communications;
  • Address partner inquiries promptly.

You Bring These Prior Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail;

  • CPA designation or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in various software;
  • Degree in accounting or business administration;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience;
  • Self-motivated and problem-solving mindset;
