Position Overview: As a Deposit Product Manager for Business Deposit Products in Canada, you will be responsible for executing strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive sustainable growth and profitability within the portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales teams to identify and prioritize business deposit opportunities and tailor support to meet specific segment needs and capabilities. This role plays a crucial part in generating revenue for the Bank.
What You'll Do:
- Foster a customer-focused culture within your team to strengthen client relationships leveraging institutional knowledge.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth across various banking sectors.
- Collaborate with internal units and partners to shape the future growth of business deposits across diverse markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to ensure strategies align with client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, and sales strategies tailored to specific markets.
- Lead the development of strategic proposals and business cases in alignment with deposit strategies.
- Communicate and enforce strategic objectives to the field and provide guidance on strategic matters.
- Oversee all aspects of Deposit Product Management in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Direct product development based on governance processes to ensure competitiveness.
- Enhance customer experience by improving business services processes related to deposits.
What You'll Bring:
- In-depth understanding of deposit products/services.
- Knowledge of the Bank's application systems and competitive products.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
- Degree/post-graduate degree in business.
- Management experience and relevant expertise.
- Strong leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
- Good knowledge of the Bank's risk policies and procedures.
Work Arrangement:
- Office-based work environment with occasional non-standard hours.
