  • Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate will drive sales by recognizing and fulfilling customer requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to boost sales and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
  • Engage with customers thoughtfully
  • Assist the Store Manager with sales, reporting, monitoring, and store presentation
  • Maintain store exhibits and products
  • Handle various store opening and closing duties
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as the store's policies and procedures
  • Stay informed about product features through training
Good thing you have what it takes:
  • 2 years of experience in retail or customer service is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for collaborative work
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a results-driven approach, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends based on retail demands
  • Must be 18 years or older
