As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us showcase our unique offerings and engage with our clients in meaningful ways.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and outreach.
  • Nurture leads and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to drive engagement.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Enthusiasm for interior design, architecture, or custom fabrication is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $18, plus lucrative commissions on successful sales.
