Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the shop, including overseeing staff and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their needs and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Sanitize and maintain a clean and organized shop environment
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the front desk activities
  • Train and mentor staff members to ensure highquality service delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Implement strategies to increase retail sales and upsell products or services

Job Wage: 28.50 per hour with 40 hours a week

Experience
:

Minimum 5 years:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hair salon or beauty industry
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff members
  • Knowledge of hair styling techniques and trends
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and cash handling
  • Proven ability to upsell products or services to maximize revenue
