Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and facilitate the recruitment process.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Coordinate the offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing feedback to improve employee experience.

Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with managers to support the performance review process.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer our employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and facilitating enrolment.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, make recommendations on enhancements to our benefits offerings.

Employee Engagement & Culture Development:

  • Act as a champion of our company values, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Propose and implement strategies to maintain a strong company culture in a remotefirst environment.
  • Organize virtual events, teambuilding activities, and initiatives to strengthen the remote work culture.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Remote Work Support:

  • Address challenges related to remote work, providing resources and support for employees.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure our employees have the necessary tools and technology.

Communication and Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from employees and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

HR Compliance:

  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Previous experience in fullcycle recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and remote work dynamics.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HRrelated software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced everchanging work environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate good, sound judgment and work independently with minimum direction or supervision.

Compensation:
Anticipated Salary Range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 CAD. The final offer will consider factors such as your expertise and previous experience.
