Royal Venetian Mansion is a full-service event management and marketing firm that specializes in weddings, corporate events, social events, and other special events.

We have been providing this kind of services for over 20 years. We are a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible experience.

Essential Functions:

Coordinate all day-of event logistics such as food and beverage orders, rentals, etc.

  • Manage vendors and vendors' vendors
  • Coordinate with suppliers on order status updates
  • Coordinate with production staff on set up and break down
  • Prepare food orders for service or catering
  • Coordinate with catering staff on menu items and order status updates
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Manage online reviews from guests who visit the venue (reviewing events in Aurora, ON)
  • Manage online reviews from guests who book events (reviewing events in Aurora, ON)
  • Assist with special events (special menus, weddings) as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years experience in event planning/coordination is preferred.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) with ability to learn new software quickly.
