Overview:
Join our team as a Business Analyst focusing on Capacity & Resiliency. You will be part of our Cybersecurity & IT Resiliency Program, working towards enhancing cybersecurity and IT resiliency across our organization amidst the evolving digital landscape and increasing cyber threats. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to support the program's objectives and deliverables.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyze resource utilization to understand impacts of upcoming changes in the Cyber Security & IT Resiliency Program.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to define objectives and expected outcomes.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities through automation and process improvements.
  • Develop work plans and strategies in alignment with program goals.
  • Review and document team responsibilities and IT service offerings.
  • Analyze data to forecast work volume changes for cybersecurity projects.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities related to program changes.
  • Prepare decision documents and maintain logs for review.

Expected Deliverables

  • People & Capacity analysis workbook.
  • Resiliency Assessment document.
  • Reallocation Opportunity report.
  • Use Case documents and process diagrams.

What you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of IT people and capacity planning experience.
  • Experience in public sector & unionized organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in conducting similar analysis in a public sector IT environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently and attention to detail.
