Core Function:

  • Under the direction of the Program Manager/Program Coordinator, plans or participates in the planning of appropriate activities and providing high quality services to clients of the Day Program.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Social Work or Social Services, health sciences, activation, or equivalent
  • Experience in a social services setting preferred
  • Experience in geriatric rehabilitation in a longterm care setting is essential
  • Completion of a C.P.R. (i.e., completed within oneyear period)
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Relevant satisfactory work performance

Working Condition:

  • Some lifting and transfer
  • Normal
