The City of Coquitlam currently has an exciting opportunity for a Police Business Services Manager to join a high-functioning leadership team within the Finance, Lands and Police department.

This position will be responsible for police financial planning, budgeting and financial reporting processes, as well as preparing reports and presentations to senior management and Council, as well as RCMP partners.
This includes preparing multi-faceted complex budgets based on cost-sharing agreements and RCMP contracts, followed by regular budget variance reporting, and development of long-term financial plans and analysis.
This position is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the Police Financial Services Section, who deliver the day to day financial administration for the Coquitlam RCMP Detachment, as well as leadership of the Facilities Maintenance, Jail, Fleet Maintenance and Victim Services teams.
