- Supporter et encadrer les gestionnaires dans la gestion de leur personnel, de leurs dossiers disciplinaires et autres dossiers administratifs
- Participer, coordonner et orienter les décisions concernant tout projet touchant l'organisation du travail, les mouvements de main-d'œuvre, les mises à pied ou autres qui concernent les employés syndiqués et leurs représentants

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme universitaire en gestion RH ou relations industrielles
- 7 ans expérience directe ou pertinente
- Bonne connaissance de logiciels informatique - MS.Office, SAP
- Doit être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent
- Bilingue français et anglais

**Position Title**: Manager - Labour Relations

The objective of the Manager - Labour Relations is to advice and support to the business units in terms of human resources management, namely on issues related to employer-union relationship, interpretation of collective agreements and company policies and management of health and safety compensation. As a staff relations manager, they will work in close cooperation with the union representatives and the managers in order to promote constructive and harmonious relationships. They will act as a change agent and will support the business initiatives in all projects that require his expertise. They may be asked to interpret or develop company policies and procedures.

- Manage and coordinate any dispute related to the enforcement of a labor law (Employment Standards Act, Labour Code, etc.)
- Support and coach managers in managing their personnel, disciplinary files and other administrative files
