What you you'll do:

  • Work together with the Logistics Coordinator in shipping orders out and dayto
- day tasks related to the department

  • Liaise between the customer care team members and carrier representatives on
individual files to resolve any shipping issues and/or inquiries

  • Work and follow up with carriers to determine estimated shipping times and dates
and relay them to related parties

  • Ensuring customer service team and logistics partners have a quick response time
by staying on top of your assigned tickets, with same-day ticket review.

  • Demonstrating conflict resolution and interpersonal skills in order to help the
customer service team find the best solutions for the customers

  • Be the inhouse goto person for the Logistics team regarding processes and
procedures

  • Assist in documentation and organization of departmental information
  • Other ad hoc duties may apply

What you'll need:

  • 1 year in customer service and/or in an office environment
  • A postsecondary degree, certificate, diploma or equivalent; concentration in
transportation logistics, operations or similar as an asset

  • An interest in Logistics of an eCommerce business
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extreme detailorientation and great multitasking skills with the ability to
prioritize

  • Able to analyze data, utilize problemsolving skills, and recommend solutions
  • Able to balance being selfmanaged and being part of a team
  • Personal interest in the furniture or design industry an asset
