Manage all accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
Responsible for oversight of monthly financial statement close procedures, including quarterly and annual reviews and adjustments, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses
Drive the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance

Manage audits of the business by working closely with external auditing firms at all stages for the purpose of ensuring accuracy in reporting.

Oversee cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting
Develop and maintain internal controls for accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting policies
Provide and support analysis on financial results for management
Review key performance metrics (financial and business metrics) to improve existing reports and develop new reports
Optimize tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy, include driving the design of automation for the business

Serve as a strategic partner to senior management and senior leadership, offering financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting plus a CPA designation
~Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex accounting topics into understandable summaries.
~ Proven experience in fostering strong working relationships across the businesses, and work proactively to identify opportunities for finance to act as a strategic business partner
