**The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes strategic financial planning, financial reporting, risk management, and driving financial performance. Financial Strategy and Planning:

  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, raising equity and debt, and managing investor relations.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
