Elle devra notamment améliorer la rentabilité et assurer la croissance des produits actuels de la chaîne de froid, et trouver de nouvelles possibilités pour le marché en question. Le chef de service - Produits et Solutions - Chaîne de froid - Air Canada Cargo développera la gamme de produits et services en fonction des tendances de l'industrie et des besoins de la clientèle, tout en recherchant des possibilités de croissance commerciale. Le titulaire du poste devra assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de revenus d'Air Canada Cargo en matière de chaîne de froid tout en approfondissant les relations avec les clients actuels, en recherchant de nouveaux clients potentiels et en faisant croître les relations et la collaboration d'Air Canada Cargo avec les entreprises pharmaceutiques et l'ensemble de la communauté de la chaîne de froid.

**Responsabilités**:

- Diriger et agir à titre d'expert en la matière et de soutien aux Ventes pour la gamme de produits de la chaîne de froid d'Air Canada Cargo. Assister et présenter du contenu aux réunions clés avec les clients, aux événements de l'industrie et aux réunions d'experts de l'industrie, ainsi que dans le cadre de demandes de propositions.
- Élaborer et gérer l'ensemble du plan commercial stratégique en matière de chaîne du froid et les objectifs de revenus, et y contribuer.
- Gérer et exécuter les objectifs relatifs aux produits et services de la chaîne de froid afin d'attirer des clients, d'accroître les ventes et d'améliorer la fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Superviser le cycle de vie des produits de la chaîne de froid d'Air Canada Cargo, depuis l'élaboration de stratégies jusqu'aux activités tactiques.
- Cerner les possibilités de revenus en concentrant ses efforts sur la détermination des possibilités des marchés, qu'ils soit établis ou émergents.
- Élaborer et exécuter un plan de mise en marché, comprenant les stratégies de tarification et les objectifs de revenus, en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du Marketing et des Ventes.
- Cerner les possibilités des marchés au moyen de leur analyse et s'assurer du respect des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie en participant à d'importants salons commerciaux et réunions avec les clients.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de la Réglementation - Fret, de la Conformité - Fret et de l'Exploitation Fret pour assurer l'excellence des produits et leur conformité aux normes de l'industrie.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des Ventes, les groupes de l'industrie, les associations professionnelles et des experts spécialisés de l'industrie afin de créer des partenariats stratégiques et de cerner de futurs besoins et des obstacles éventuels qui pourraient avoir une incidence sur la qualité du service clientèle.
- Explorer les innovations technologiques aux fins de mise en œuvre à long terme, afin d'améliorer la distribution des produits et les services de communication, notamment par l'adoption du recours à la technologie d'identification par radio-fréquence (RFID).

**Qualifications**
- Au moins cinq années d'expérience de travail pertinente.
- Excellente compréhension des activités fret liées à la chaîne de froid.
- Habiletés très développées pour les relations interpersonnelles, la communication et les présentations.
- Vision stratégique et attitude axée sur les résultats.
- Sens aigu du commerce et des affaires.
- Solides compétences en analyse - capacité à recueillir des données et à orienter des partenaires clés.
- Capacité de développer les principaux partenariats au moyen d'une approche stratégique et consultative.
- Aptitude à établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Excellente capacité d'analyse des données et de l'information concernant l'industrie en général.
- Talent avéré pour la gestion du temps et l'établissement des priorités.
- Habileté à faire face à des exigences irrégulières ou multiples.
- Capacité à être en déplacement jusqu'à 40 % du temps.
