  • Knowledge of safety and infection control standards.
  • Ability to successfully draw blood from patients with mínimal or no complications.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills for working with patients.
  • Detailoriented and committed to ensuring patient confidentiality.
Professional certification is a plus
