Job Summary:
The chosen individual will provide support in tasks related to the university's core facilities and its International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Collaborating Centre role.
Nature of work:
Reporting to the director, core facilities and strategic initiatives, this role involves assisting in designing and delivering various activities, programs, workshops, events, and services. Collaboration with others to meet operational needs and ensure efficient delivery of activities is key. Additionally, the project and event assistant will contribute to special projects as needed.
Responsibilities/accountabilities:
- Collaborate with team members and external partners towards university goals as an IAEA Collaborating Centre
- Attend training sessions and stakeholder meetings
- Develop charts, figures, diagrams, infographics, and data analytics
- Develop content and update university content management systems
Education:
- Student at FEAS, FSci, or FBIT
- Verification of Academic credentials may be required
Required Experience:
Student at FEAS, FSci, or FBIT
