The Operations Administrator will be responsible for aiding in the daily administrative functions of the maintenance team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling daytoday maintenance work orders and jobs for maintenance staff.
  • Scheduling preventative maintenance and internal company invoicing fire inspections, vent cleaning, etc.
  • Overseeing the process of preventative maintenance, scheduling, communication, followups, and record keeping.
  • Managing the warranty tracking form for major appliance repairs and replacements.
  • Add maintenance work orders to property management software.
  • Assist with contacting suppliers, purchase orders, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of building maintenance and invoicing considered an asset.

  • Salary range will be dependent on experience._
