Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as Receptionist include but are not limited to :

  • Greeting and directing visitors.
  • Answering calls and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Issue work orders and purchase orders for any HVAC requests
  • Assist with any event management and coordination responsibilities
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and professional.
  • Providing information to visitors and staff.
  • Data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Handling inquiries courteously and professionally.
  • Coordinating deliveries and maintaining security.
  • Managing office supplies and following company policies.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions/short correspondence/memos and to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
  • Ability to communicate with different departments of the office with professionalism
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
