As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you are passionate about coaching and developing others and will be responsible for managing a team of high performing TA Specialists.

You will also lead the end-to-end recruitment for specific regions, providing you with opportunities to connect with strong talent and build relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.


You'll also partner closely with the Senior TA Manager on various TA initiatives including projects, driving continuous improvement in the TA function, data and reporting, and assisting with requisition load planning and distribution.

  • Build trusting relationships with hiring managers to understand and support their current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with our 3rd party vendors (i.e., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) to manage service expectations and stay current on new updates and product releases
  • Lead recruitment related projects and partner with crossfunctional stakeholders and HR team members
  • Assist with requisition load planning and distribution of roles to team members
  • Share your expertise and knowledge as you, lead, coach and develop junior team members
  • Manage recruitment technology and ensure processes are configured within system and regular updates occur when necessary
  • Proactively seek Talent Acquisition best practices and trends and recommend innovative improvements to programs, processes, and initiatives
