You will be adept at managing competing priorities in a very dynamic and fast-paced organization; strong, clear communication skills are critical.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in one of Computer Science, Information Technology or Product Management.
- 5+ years' experience in Software Project Management. Additional experience in business analysis is an asset.
- Ample experience delivering projects in Agile (Scrum or Kanban).
- Prior experience using Jira for User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance criteria and defect management.
- Experience planning, managing and executing multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously through to successful completion in a timely manner.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and energize teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, thrives in a challenging environment.
Skills, Efforts & Attributes:
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project.
- Interact with internal stakeholders, project team members and 3rd party software vendors.
- Maintain and present status reports and decisions.
- Work with other PMs, Business Analysts, Stakeholders, QA and Developers to deliver a quality solution in a timely manner.
- Assist in team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
- Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution.
Working Conditions:
- Full time, 40 hours weekly.
