As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by providing best-in-class support and service.

This is a 12-month contract (with a possibility of extension) and hybrid role based out of Brampton, ON

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer's order is processed and filled in a timely manner
  • Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner
  • Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries

Required qualifications:

  • Post secondary education
  • 23 years' experience in customer care
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Superior problemsolving
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SAP (S4)
  • Medical industry experience
  • Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (EDI, GHX, GFAX)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Bilingualism in French/English (including written and verbal communication)
  • Knowledge of consignment transfer / billing
