Unique Dwelling is seeking a full-time in-house employee to draft and design construction plans. The work encompasses architectural design, client communication, drafting site plans, specifications, floor plans, roof plans, buildings sections, elevations, electrical plans, and 3D modeling. Other duties will include site visits, measuring existing buildings, and meeting with clients. Work may include some traveling to job sites. This is an in-person position only, so candidate must be willing to move to Burlington, and join this fun design team
